Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Agnes Kagure urges Kenyans to elect patriotic leaders in 2022 elections

Prominent Nairobi city business lady and gubernatorial aspirant Agnes Kagure has urged Nairobians and Kenyans at large to carefully choose their leaders come the 2022 general elections.

Kagure said the 2022 general elections must not be reduced to tribes, gender, handouts or kingpins but should be based on leadership qualities of aspirants.

She urged Kenyans to elect only those leaders that they are convinced are truly concerned about their welfare and want the best for everyone.

“The 2022 elections must not be reduced to tribes, gender, handouts, or kingpins. Elect someone you are convinced is truly concerned about your welfare and wants the best for you,’’ said Kagure.

She said regardless of the current situations Kenyans find themselves in, elections are the periodical chances of making things better.

Kagure urged Kenyans to use the coming elections as springboard to prosperity.

“Regardless of our individual present situations, elections are the periodical chances we have to make things better; let’s use the coming election as a springboard to prosperity,’’ she said.

Kagure warned that the leaders we choose determine our destinies and all that we have worked for over the years may go up in smoke if were are not careful giving the example of the current situation in Afghanistan.

She said it was sad to see professionals, millionaires and everyone scampering in airport to be refugees as Afghanistan fell apart.

“The leaders we choose determine our destinies. All that we work for; education, investments, and even families can go up in smoke, and professionals, millionaires, and everyone can be scampering in airports to be refugees as we recently saw in Afghanistan if leaders let the nation fall apart,’’ said Kagure in her message.
