Coca-Cola donates Sh 61 million towards Kenyas drought relief

The Coca-Cola soft drink company in Kenya has donated Sh 61 million towards the National Drought Response.

This contribution will go towards facilitating an integrated Drought Emergency Response through the CARE International Kenya to complement the ongoing efforts and intervention measures.

The announcement was made by Coca-Cola representatives from Central, East and West Africa Limited and Coca-Cola Foundation led by the Vice President of the Franchise Operations, Debra Mallowah, when the team paid a courtesy to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua at his office at the Harambee House Annex.

The DP reitereted the commitment of the Kenya Kwanza Administration led by President William Ruto to work and support development partners and business entities in the country in the spirit of growing our economy and ensuring sustainability.
