Bill Gates in Kenya, to hold public sessions in Makueni County

Billionaire American Businessman and Microsoft Company owner Bill Gates is in Kenya.

He  is expected to tour Makueni County and  hold a series of public engagements .

Gates will visit the Makueni Mother and Child hospital which mainly deals with mother and child healthcare and later visit Kathonzweni where he will meet health volunteers from the county.

He will later meet two farmers who are championing for Climate Change and are farming through irrigation.

On Thursday, November 17, Bill Gates is expected to give a talk on Innovating for Food Security and Climate Change in Africa.

He is the founder of the Melinda and Gates Foundation that focuses on improving people’s health and helps them lift themselves out of hunger and extreme poverty.
