Musician Akothee has offered to help former Tahidi High actor Joseph Kinuthia, alias Omosh who recently opened up on his recent tribulations.

Speaking in a recent interview, Omosh claimed that he is depressed and on the verge of losing everything he owns.

“I’m just going through a lot; I don’t know if it’s depression or what’s happening in my life. Like now, I’m wondering how I’ll get to my house in Kayole. I was called for some job, but it didn’t work so I’m stranded,” he said.

The thespian first made headlines during the COVID-19 period when he highlighted his situation after losing his job.
The actor said that he is still struggling as most people forgot him after the first wave of sympathy.

In a message to Omosh through an update on her Instagram, Akothee noted that most Kenyans are going through similar situation or even worse.

The musician noted that in these difficult economic times, most Kenyans are suffering from situations that they don’t even know.

“Omosh, pole kwa yote unayopitia , hauko peke yako ndugu yangu. 80% of Kenyans are going through worse situations that they don’t even know including mental illness,” she wrote.

“Omosh, do you know 70% of Kenyans cannot survive on their monthly salaries? People are just putting their heads on top of the water wasizame,” Akothee posed.

As such, Akothee offered to help Omosh and asked him to tell how he can be helped to make his situation better.

“At least you know you are depressed, Omosh what is depressing you, so we start by addressing it, unaona ni vipi tunaweza kukusaidia? Ni wewe utuambie. Hii story yako tumalize tuendele na maisha ingine. Guys what’s Omosh problem? I come in peace,” she added.
