Historic and pricey crown jewels made centuries ago adorning the coffin of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Crown Jewels, the Imperial State Crown (made in 1540), Scepter (made in 1661) and Orb (made in 1661) placed on the Queen’s Coffin have a long-standing legacy running centuries ago.

Queen Elizabeth II coffin procession has passed outside Buckingham Palace, the administrative capital of the British Monarchy – as she left the capital for the last time during this season of death and renewal.

It stopped at the Wellington Arch, from where the coffin was transferred to the state hearse to be transported to St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle about 40kms from London for a private burial at 7:30pm today.

As she fades into history, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will be buried next to her parents and seven other soverigns.

The Husband’s coffin Prince Phillip who died last year will be moved from the Royal vault, and they will be buried together at the King Edward VI memorial inside the chapel.
