Kenyans amused as President Ruto and other African leaders driven in a “matatu” to the funeral service of Queen Elizabeth II at Westminster Abbey in London.

Kenyans were left perplexed as images of their new president William Ruto emerged riding a matatu like bus to the funeral service of Queen Elizabeth II taking place in London today at Westminster Abbey.

Apart from the United States President Joe Biden who arrived in his official car ‘The Beast” and a small motorcade all other world leaders including President Ruto arrived at Buckingham for the reception in school like buses.

This development is said to have infuriated Arab world leaders who are used largesse and opulence and to being chauffeured in their luxurious cars.

Invited leaders were also told to fly commercial since there is no enough space at the airport to park private and official jets.

There were few exclusions like that of Ali Bongo was excused from this directive because he is sick and has mobility issues and who arrived a day earlier.

It was not immediately clear why Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni who is so used to travelling in his gulfstream jet skipped the event while he known never to miss such big events.
