Gakuyo Real Estate bounces back, issues over 1,000 title deeds with more planned

The Gakuyo Real Estate has bounced back into business and issued 1,000 title deeds to investors with thousands more to be issued in the coming weeks.

In a statement of resilience, the manager Gladys Muriithi said over the last three weeks they have issued about 700 titles and are planning to issue another 300 to make a total of 1,000 titles issued in a space of one month.

Ms Muriithi said the company is back in full swing after weathering storms and that investors are happy to receive the title deeds for the lands they purchased in various schemes.

“We are very happy to be back in full swing. Our customers are very happy. We are amazed at the interest and demand we are receiving from people interested in buying land,’’ said Ms Muriithi.

She said they still have hundreds of titles to issue and that investors will be informed through the usual communication channels of short message service (SMS), announcements through social media sites and other media outlets.

Ms Muriithi said they have already issued 500 titles for the Munyu plots in Kiambu County and asked investors who may not have received their documents to contact the office.

Promising that all those who have bought property with Gakuyo Real Estate would get their titles, she appealed for patience as they continue to process the ownership documents.

“We request all the other  customers  who bought various properties with us to be patient as we continue processing their title deeds, the next project is almost done and soon it will be communicated to respective customers,’’ said Ms Muriithi.

She asked the customers to contact the company on telephone numbers 0700250250, 0705250250 or 0790544174. They can also visit the company’s offices at Thika Quick Mart 3rd floor, or at Nairobi CBD Yala Towers 7th floor room no 703.
