Elect me as your governor and I turn Kirinyaga into an “Asian Tiger”, Senator Charles Kibiru promises County residents

Kirinyaga Senator Charles Kibiru has promised to transform the County into a development showpiece in Africa and beyond should he be elected as the third governor.

Kibiru while urging the residents to elect him said his yardstick is Asian Tigers economies which he said will turn Kirinyaga to be a model county in Africa and the rest of the world.

He said his regime would be ushering a new era in the county’s politics and leadership and an era devoid of sideshows and theatrics.

“My manifesto is people driven and Iam keen to prioritize each region’s unique needs. My yardstick is Asian Tigers economies and I strongly believe this will soon be a model county in Africa and beyond. Give me this mandate. Let’s do this together,” Kibiru said in a statement.

He said his transformative agenda and the people driven manifesto will change the fortunes of the County for the better adding that a new dawn is beckoning

“Our transformative agenda and the people driven manifesto is going to change the fortunes of this great county for the better. A new dawn is beckoning,” he said.

Kibiru who is vying on a Jubilee Party ticket said in Kenya politics are regional based and therefore each region desires to have a strong political party.

He said the surest vehicle that guarantees a leader a place at the negotiation table where sharing of power and resources is done, is the Jubilee Party.
