Fast growing Fortune Sacco has introduced PesaLink to enable fast and seamless mobile cash transfers across multiple accounts.
The Chief Executive Offficer (CEO) Amos Kimotho said the latest innovation is part of the Sacco’s strategy to improve customer experience.
“We want our customers to have fast and seamless mobile cash transfers across multiple account. We want to enable have great experience,” said Kimotho.
He outlined the following these simple steps, one can easily manage their PesaLink account using the Fortune Sacco USSD application.
Step 1: Dial USSD Code – Open your phone’s dialer and type *638# to access the Fortune Sacco USSD menu.
Step 2: Select Option – Choose option 7 for Funds Transfer services then click on Option 3 for PesaLink.
Step 3: Enter Account Details – Enter your account number and PIN to access your PesaLink account.
Step 4: Select Transaction Type – Choose the type of transaction you want to perform (e.g., send money, check balance, etc.).
Step 5: Confirm Transaction – Review and confirm your transaction details to complete the process.
