All Roads lead to Thika Greens Golf Resort for the Rware Golf Day this Saturday with 250 golfers on the draw

Over 250 golfers are set to square it out at scenic Thika Greens Golf Resort this Saturday when this year’s Rware Golf Day will be staged.

Rated among the best golf resorts in Kenya and the region the par 73 course promises to be fun filled on Saturday going by the number of events lines up and the more than 12 corporate sponsors supporting the event and who are drawn from various sectors.

The Captain Henry Kinyua speaking ahead of the game said this is the second major Rware Golf Day to be held at Thika Greens Golf Resort adding that it is in line with the Club’s theme of promoting local golf tourism.

He said last month the Club hosted a very successful Metumi Golf Day which is an event dedicated to golfers from Murang’a County and this Saturday, the Club plays host to Rware Golf Day which is dedicated to golfers from Nyeri County.

Abai Golf Tournament – dedicated to golfers from Kirinyaga County will be hosted at the same club later in the year.

“This is in line with our strategy to promote the game of golf and local golf tourism by having County themed golf events. These events have proved to be very popular both for golfers and no golfers because of the amazing networking opportunities that go with it,” said Kinyua.

Kinyua wished all the golfers a good day out in the course and off the course
