Outgoing State House spokesperson Kanze Dena praises Uhuru, and hubby Nick Mararo as she leaves State House

Outgoing State House Spokesperson Ms Kanze Dena Mararo has poured praises to retired President Uhuru for appointing her to the prestigious position.

In a statement titled “Completion of a journey” Kanze thanked former President Uhuru for giving her an opportunity to serve in his administration.

Kanze then sent a hearwarning message to her husband businessman Nick Mararo whom she described as a strong pillar in her life.

She said due to her busy schedule Mararo was forced to act both mum and dad for their children – something she is eternally greatful.

Kanze who was fished from Citizen TV where she was a news anchor has been replaced by a former colleague Hussein Mohamed who has since been appointed to the position by President William Ruto.

Kanze who said she is now on to the next season thanked all her colleagues who ensured that her tour of duty was successful.
