A 26-year-old woman has been fined Sh20,000 after she was convicted of insulting police officers and engaging in offensive conduct.
Tabby Ndung’u was accused of insulting police officers, causing public nuisance and daring them to shoot her when they found her in a compromising position with her lover inside a car.
The boyfriend was not present in court when the woman appeared for sentencing.
Tabby was fined Sh20,000 or serve a jail term of six months after pleading guilty to the charges.

Ms Ndung’u, who is a businesswoman in Kasarani, admitted to creating a disturbance in a manner likely to cause a breach of peace contrary to section 95 (1) (b) of the penal code after repeatedly shouting “shoot me” at two Administration Police Service officers along
