Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is demanding that President Ruto stops insulting Kenyans and to reduce his anger.
And Gachagua is alleging that the change from NHIF to SHA and SHIF was motivated by corruption and not by desire to inject efficiency.
He said the target was to steal the Sh 104billion set aside to upgrade the system claiming that the entire project only needed Sh 800million.
Gachagua said Kenyans have rejected the system because it was not working and when they complain the President is resulting to insults.
He said the President needs anger management because he has resulted to using vulgar language instead of addressing the concerns raised by Kenyans.
Gachagua said it was time that President Ruto apologised to Kenyans for the insults directed to them and reduced his anger.
The former DP who was impeached afew months ago said Ruto has betrayed not just Mt Kenya people but the entire country and that is why he cannot find peace.
Gachagua at the same time apologised to Mt Kenya region for leading them to Ruto without a political party and a firm agreement on powersharing.
He said he was leading wide consultations in the region to come up with one political vehicle that will be used to negotiate with other regions.
Gachagua said the region will not make the mistake it did in 2022 and will approach the 2027 elections in an organised manner.
