Angry DP Gachagua dismisses as idiots people linking him to Gen Z protests

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has dismissed as big idiots individuals linking him with Gen Z protests that have shaken the government to the core.

The DP speaking for the first time since the naming of a new Cabinet line up, further said he had not lost any political clout in the new re-alignment.

He said everybody was winner as he welcomed the new move by President Ruto.

Gachagua hit out at those he said were taking advantage of the Gen Z protests to settle political scores and spread propaganda calling them idiots.

“There are even more idiots who tried to take advantage of the whole scenario to settle political with those they do not support and are trying to apportion blame,” said the DP

He said Kenyans are intelligent enough and that they see far, analyse and understand everything going on in the country.

Ever since the Gen Z protests began a month ago, certain quotas have been blaming Gachagua forcing him to emerge to defend himself and call for the resignation of the Director General of National Intelligence Service (NIS) Noordin Haji.

On the new Cabinet line up, Gachagua said it was a win for Kenya and that it would increase efficiency and effectiveness.
