Stivo Simple Boy’s fiancée reveals their relationship was all for clout

BY HARRIET MUGO

Rapper Stephen Otieno Adera alias Stivo Simple Boy’s alleged fiancée Jenny Wangui has confirmed they are not dating.

In a video, Wangui says their ‘relationship’ is over adding that it was just a public relations stunt meant for showbiz.

“It was just showbiz and it’s over,” she revealed.

This comes days after Stivo deleted all photos of Jenny from his Instagram account and disclosed that he was heartbroken.

”You have supported my projects so much and even spent your time on my work and everything has a beginning and an end. I accept the results. I am back to work and soon I have something very big that will break the business record in East Africa,” Stevo wrote.

He further shared a post with heartbroken emojis and said; “Inauma lakini itabidi nizoee tu (It’s painful but I must just get used to it),”

The pair got engaged on July 25, 2022, shortly after Stivo’s breakup with ex-lover Pritty Vishy in an elaborate ceremony and had been fronting as a couple until the latest revelation.

At the time, Stivo also released a new wedding song featuring her titled ‘Wedding Day’. He also featured Tanzanian singer Wyse TZ.

In the song, the rap sensation poured his heart out to Jenny, for her love and affection.

The ‘Freshi Barida’ hitmaker appreciated the beauty of accepting and sticking with him despite ‘haters’ making fun of his looks.

The song has gathered over 380K views.
