Money can buy you happiness, says former governor Kiraitu Murungi

Money is the foundation of happiness, this according to former Meru governor Kiraitu Murungi.

Kiraitu says money is a symbol not only of value, but also of freedom, abundance and a good life.

“Money can buy hobbies, travel, holidays and experiences which enhance the quality of life,” says Kiraitu.

He says that Kenyans should not glorify or romanticise poverty and that everyone has a fundamental right to live a dignified, rich, prosperous and happy life.

In a nutshell, money can buy happiness said Kiraitu in Nkubu during a lecture on happiness.

He says he has started a happiness revolution in Kenya and its well on course.
